There is a delay of 161 days caused in filing the second appeal. Perusal of the application indicates that a statement is made on oath that the applicants are in financial hardship and have filed the present second appeal seeking legal aid.

In view of the statement made in the application, which is not controverted by filing reply, in the considered opinion of this Court, a case for condonation of delay is made out.
