CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J DATE : 7th January, 2015.
Heard Shri Kothari, the learned Advocate for the applicants and Ms. Athalye, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant. Considering the fact that the Land Acquisition Officer had granted compensation @ Rs. 13,500/- per hector, the Reference Court has enhanced the amount of compensation @ Rs. 85,000/- per hector and the fact that an amount of Rs. Six lakh is already permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants in 2007, I am not inclined to consider the prayer made by the respondents in the present application. The Civil Application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Ambulkar
