This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing the names of the legal heirs of deceased respondent Vitthal Sonbaji Narad on record. 4.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and having found that the reasons are satisfactory to condone the delay, the delay is condoned. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.

Civil Application No. 2767 of 2023 Despite the service on the proposed legal heirs of the respondent, none appears on behalf of them.

Writ Petition No. 7756 of 2018 After carrying out the necessary amendment, office is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 28th March, 2024.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the newly added respondent by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
