The Insurance Company has preferred this appeal against judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. The Insurance Company had already deposited amount Rs.34,42,296/- on 6.2.20221. Therefore, the present application is filed by claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount. Claimant No.3 is minor and, therefore, the Tribunal directed to deposit her share in a fixed deposit.

Considering reasons mentioned in the applicant, claimant Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with accrued interested thereon on their furnishing usual undertaking/ surety on due verification and identification. 3.

The application is disposed of.
