Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the applicants/claimants and learned AGP for the respondent nos.2 and 3.

In the connected matter being First Appeal No. 485/2016, this Court has permitted the claimant therein, to withdraw the amount to the extent of 80% out of the amount deposited in the Court. Therefore, this application too can be allowed on similar lines. Accordingly this application is partly allowed and the claimants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited in this Court, upon furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar, within four weeks from the date of the order.
