The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in Crime No.231/2015 registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the applicant are that the applicant alongwith co-accused is involved in duping nationalised bank by fabricating documents to enable Shri Kashinath Kale and Shri Manish Tamhane, secure loan.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated in the crime and that the name of the applicant was not recorded in the first information report.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the applicant is involved in similar offences registered vide Crime No.185/2015.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant and the facts on the record, I am satisfied that the applicant is entitled for pre-arrest bail. 7.

Hence, the following order :

i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.231/2015 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant shall be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the police station whenever summoned by the Investigating Officer. Iii) The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE pma
