The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by rejection of his application for parole.

The perusal of record would reveal that ailment of the mother of petitioner is not of such a nature which would require his personal presence at her side.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of parole and the impugned order does not call for any interference.

Criminal Writ Petition is rejected.

Fees of learned counsel for petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
