A prayer is made to consider the proposal for providing grant-in-aid to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the issue of entitlement of the petitioner regarding grant-in-aid is still not decided. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent-Authorities to treat the present petition as representation and decide the same within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the respondent-Authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
