This Petition is filed by a Teacher and the Management in respect of posting of a Teacher from non grant-in-aid class to grant-in-aid class. The posting of a Teacher from non grant-in-aid class to grant-in-aid class does not amount to transfer, as has been held in various decisions of this Court. Rule 41A has been inserted in the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 on 8 June 2020 to that effect. 2.

The Respondent- Education Officer will take a decision after considering the decisions of this Court on the subject and the provisions of Rule 41A of the Rules of 1981 and communicate the Lanjewar
