DATED : 12 JANUARY, 2016 The petitioner and respondent No.2 have arrived at amicable settlement. As per settlement, an amount of Rs.2,70,000/- is already paid to the petitioner. The petitioner has waived an amount of Rs.2,81,000/-. The said compromise document is signed by both the parties, two witnesses and the Counsel for the respective parties. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The parties are also present in the Court and reiterated the compromise. In that view of the matter, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the contempt petition.

Contempt petition is disposed of on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.
