This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 1370 days in filing appeal. Learned counsel for applicant fairly concedes that the applicant will not claim interest for the period from the date of judgment of the Reference Court dated 28.9.2012 till today. Hence, in view of the decision of Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Imrat Lal Vs. Special Land Acquisition Officer, the application for condonation of delay is allowed subject to applicant being not entitled to claim the interest for the period from the judgment of Reference Court on 28.9.2012 till today. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
