The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent No.2-Municipal Council to decide the application moved by the petitioners on 05/02/2018 seeking grant of no-objection to the shifting of the petitioners' FL-II licence.

Shri M. I. Dhatrak learned counsel for the respondent No.2 on instructions submits that within a period of four weeks from today the application moved by the petitioners shall be decided.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Officer, Municipal Council Wani to decide the petitioners' application dated 05/02/2018 within period of four weeks from today.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
