Heard. Learned APP for appellant-State has no objection if the appeal is taken up for final hearing on priority. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent, presently aged about 52 years, is deprived of promotion because of pendency of the present appeal and there is every chance of the respondent not being having any opportunity for getting promotion before this appeal is finally disposed of. Therefore, it is urged that this is a fit case for grant of expedited final hearing. He also submits that the respondent would file on record private paper book at his own costs.

In view of above, the application is allowed. Private Paper Book be filed by respondent within four weeks from today and thereafter the appeal be listed on board for final hearing. Disposed of.
