It appears from the office note that, the notice issued to the appellant for engagement of another counsel is received back with bailiff report that, "the Noticee is dead" and the notice is received by his son.

In spite of knowledge of the pending application, no steps were taken by the legal heirs of the appellant. The application is pending since 2017 for condonation of delay in filing appeal. 3.

As such, list the matter on 04/07/2025 under the caption "for dismissal" to grant fair opportunity, if any steps, the son is willing to take.
