Accepting the explanation given in the application, the applicants (original petitioners) are granted time till 15th November 2019 to deposit the amount of Rupees Five Thousand as directed by the order passed in Writ Petition No.7171 of 2018 on 2nd August 2019.

If the applicants/ petitioners fail to deposit the amount till 15th November 2019, no further extension will be granted and the learned District Judge shall pass appropriate orders against the petitioners treating it as default on their part in complying with the directions of this Court. The Civil Application is disposed in the above terms.
