Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the respondents have prepared the measurement sheet without taking into account the centre point of the existing road while implementing the road widening scheme.

Considering the fact that the authorities concerned have not taken any decision on the said aspect, we direct the respondent No.5 to treat the present petition as a representation, and the same be decided within 10 weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
