DATE : 24/02/2023 Mr. Bhagwani, learned counsel for the applicant submits that even before passing of the order dated 23.9.2022 in MCA No. 467/2021, the HMP NO. 133/2018 filed by the husband before the CJSD, Gondia stood disposed of on 2.8.2021, as a result of which the order dated 23.9.2022 becomes unworkable.

This position can be pointed out to the courts below, considering which the application is dismissed.
