Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the same is taken up for final disposal. Hence, Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

Mr. A. A. Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice of hearing for respondent.

On instructions he submits that within a period of three months the tribe claim of the petitioners would be decided on merits.

The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 09.10.2023.

Within a period of three months from that date, the verification of their tribe claim shall be undertaken. 6.

With these directions, Rule is disposed of. No cost.
