Each petitioner came to be admitted at the Pharmacy Courses in the Academic Year 2020-21 at their respective colleges. Insofar as Writ Petition Nos. 6420/2022, 6106/2022, 6558/2022, 6421/2022 and 6642/2022 the petitioners were pursuing the B. Pharm Course while the petitioners in Writ Petition No.6559/2022 were pursuing the M. Pharm Course. By these Writ Petitions, the petitioners pray that their admissions be approved by the Admission Regulating Authority and consequentially, the University be directed to grant Enrollment Numbers to the petitioners and thereafter release their mark-sheets.

In the meeting of the Admission Regulating Authority held on 30.06.2023, the admission of the each petitioner came to be approved. The copy of the said communication dated 18.07.2023 issued by the Secretary of the Admission Regulating Authority is produced. The same

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 does not dispute that the admission of each petitioner has been approved.

In view of aforesaid, with the approval of the petitioners' admission, it would be necessary for the Sant Gadge Baba, Amravati University to grant Enrollment Numbers to each petitioner and thereafter, release their respective mark-sheets. Since the petitioners seek to prosecute higher education, the aforesaid steps be taken within a period of four weeks of receiving the copy of the order.

With the aforesaid directions all Writ Petitions are disposed of.
