Prayer is to permit the claims to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in terms of award passed by the Claims Tribunal. Though application is opposed by learned counsel for the appellant, considering the order dated 26.09.2014 passed in First Appeal No. 241 of 2014 the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation subject to furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
