Heard.
The FIR under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is questioned by inlaws in Criminal Application No.674 of 2013. In-laws and husband Nitin have approached in Criminal Application No.685 of 2016 for quashing of FIR as issue is amicably settled and non-applicant No.2 Archana, in .....2/-
both the matters, is residing with her husband Nitin at Nandgaon Khandeshwar.
Archana present in Court with her Advocate states that she is residing at in-laws with her husband and FIR should be quashed and set aside. Nitin present in Court also accepts this. The later proceedings below prayer clause 1 shows signatures of all parties with their respective counsel.
In view of this position and joint request, prayer is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (1) in Criminal Application No.685 of 2016. Consequently, both the proceedings are disposed of.
In view of disposal of the main criminal applications, the criminal application, if any, is also disposed of.
