This application is filed by the petitioner/applicant for grant of permission to amend the petition.

Mr. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that from the reply filed by the respondent No.2- Zilla Parishad, the petitioner came to know that in the meeting of the Promotional Committee (DPCC) held on 20/08/2019, the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefit has been rejected. As such, the petitioner seeks permission to incorporate Para 6A to 6E and Para 7

16. CAW 2465 of 2024.odt (Ground F) as additional pleadings and ground in the petition and consequentially prayer to that effect.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The petitioner/applicant to carry out amendment within a period of three days from today. The respondents are at liberty to file their additional reply/say to the amended petition within a period of one week thereafter. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
