DATED : 02-09-2025 Civil Application No.3123/2025 The learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that execution proceedings are pending before the Executing Court, and a warrant for attachment of property has also been issued against the appellant. The matter is kept tomorrow before the Executing Court for further order. Hence, he submitted that the appellant is ready to deposit 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon in the Court within six weeks and as such urged for the grant of ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award as well as execution proceedings for which the learned Advocate for the respondents has no objection. 2.
Having considered the above facts and the reasons disclosed in the application, an ad-interim stay is granted in terms of prayer clause (b), subject to the appellant depositing 50% compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in this Court within six weeks, failing which the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
