In view of the fact that the permission is granted to place charge sheet on record. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to amend the application so as to incorporate challenge to the charge sheet.

Permission is granted. Application to be amended within two working weeks from today, failing which the matter will be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
