Mrs. S.S. Wandile, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts the petition to prayer clause - (ii). 2.

Mr. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered across the bar a Government decision dated 16/03/2024, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification, which indicates that the Anomalies Removal Committee has been formed. He, therefore, submits that the grievance of the petitioners, as raised in the petition, will now be considered by the Anomalies Removal Committee, as constituted under the aforesaid Government Resolution, accepting which statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
