Shri Bhandarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that since the petitioners would not have a locus standi to file the writ petition but, since the removal of encroachment would be necessary in public interest, the petitioners are interested in withdrawing the writ petition with a view to file a public interest litigation. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
