Heard rival submissions. The applicant-husband is seeking condonation of delay of 91 days in filing Criminal Revision Application against the impugned order passed below Exh. 6 dt. 12.03.2024.

Though the application is strongly opposed by other side, but considering the short period of delay, it stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the respondents, within two weeks.

The APPR 188/2024 is disposed of.

The Criminal Revision Application be registered after deposit of cost and after removal of office objection, if any.
