The learned counsel for the appellant/Railway submits that after withdrawal of present appeal, the appellant/Railway has in fact deposited the amount of compensation directly in the accounts of concerned claimants, who are the respondent Nos.1 and 2. She also placed on record copy of communication dated 10.01.2025 to that effect.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 also confirms the receipt of aforesaid amount of Rs.4,00,000/- by the respondent Nos.1 and 2/claimants. 3.

As such, no further consideration is required in this matter.
