The learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 strongly opposes the proposed amendment to the prayer clause. We uphold the objection to the proposed amendment to the prayer clause, as stated in paragraph nos.4 to 6 of the amendment application. We, however, permit the petitioner to incorporate the proposed amendment in paragraph nos.8A and 8B. The amendment application is partly allowed. The amendment should be carried out within a period of one week. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Perused the contents of the application. The amendment does not change the nature of the petition. In fact, it is based on the objection raised by the Education Officer. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment should be carried out within a period of one week.

WRIT PETITION NO.3382/2015 Stand over after two weeks for further consideration. The Education Officer should either file reply by the returnable date or the learned Assistant Government Pleader should work out the matter in the absence of the reply. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
