CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.1145 OF 2014 Heard Mr.J.B.Gandhi, learned Advocate for the applicant, Mr.M.A.Kadu, learned Advocate for non-applicant no.1 and Mr.A.B.Patil, learned Advocate for non-applicant no.2. For the reasons stated in the application and considering the facts in the case, specially the age of the applicant, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed. However, on the undertaking given by the learned Counsel on behalf of the applicant, on instructions, that the appellant shall not claim interest on the amount that would be found receivable by him for the period from the date of the impugned order till today. The undertaking given on behalf of the appellant is accepted.
