The applicants are the parent and other relatives of the non-applicant no.2, who lodged the First Information Report with Police Station, Manora, District Washim on 09.08.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to learned counsel for the applicants, there are no allegations against the applicants. The only allegations against applicant no.1 and allegations against other applicants are general in nature.

With the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicants we have gone through the First Information Report. After reading the First Information Report, it is

14 apl73.22.odt crystal clear that the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is contrary to the record. There are allegations against each and every applicants. Insofar as the truthfulness of the allegations is a matter of trial that cannot be decided at this stage. We are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in a case wherein the allegations are against the applicants. No case is made out. Consequently, the application stands rejected.
