The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.42/2025 registered at Police Station Korchi, District Gadchiroli for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a), 83, 98 of the Bombay Prohibition Act. 3.

The applicant is already protected by this Court by granting ad interim protection on 19.08.2025. 4.

The interim protection is confirmed for the same reasons stated in the order, on the same terms and conditions including that the applicant shall not leave the Gadchiroli District without permission of the District Court. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
