Learned counsel Shri A.R.Fule for the applicant, submits that during pendency of the present application Investigating Officer filed chargesheet and, therefore, the applicant wishes to withdraw the application. He submits that liberty to the applicant be given to file a fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the chargesheet.

The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant as prayed for. 4.
