2] The petitioners seek direction to the Education Officer to decide the question of grant of approval to the appointment of Anil Digambar Pawar on the post of Junior Clerk in the petitioner No.2 school. After issuance of notice in this matter on 23rd September, 2019 our attention is invited to communicated dated 17th October, 2019 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati rejecting the approval to the appointment of the person concerned. 3] The petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly. If anyone is aggrieved by this decision of the Education Officer, he shall be at liberty to challenge it.
