Learned counsel Shri Nawab vehemently opposes the present application and submitted that no proper reason is being offered for condonation of delay. 4.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties as well as reply, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Office to register the appeal and place the matter before the Court for further .....2/-
