WRIT PETITION NO. 4877/2023 3] The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to take fresh steps to serve the unserved respondents. 4] Permission is granted. Effective steps be taken within seven working days from today failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to respondent no.1.

5] In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioners are permitted to serve the un-served respondents through the Counsel appearing before the trial Court. Affidavit of service be filed accordingly.
