Heard learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the present application. She submits that the applicant is in jail since last one year and, therefore, necessary directions be given to learned Judge of the Court below for expeditious disposal of the Trail. The expeditious Trial is the right of the applicant who is languishing in jail. In that view of the matter learned Special Judge under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Nagpur is directed to decide Special Case No.33 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
