The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.234/2025 registered with City Police Station Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

It is alleged that the applicant had taken a contract to install the Air Conditioner at hospital and has not completed the work after taking amount. The applicant is protected by granting ad interim protection. During the pendency the applicant is attending the police station. 4.

The learned A.P.P. has also conceded that the applicant is attending the police station. But he has not yet installed the Air Conditioner.

The applicant is ready to install the Air Conditioner within a period of 30 days after handing over the complete site with No objection Certificate. 6.

As the applicant is attending the Police Station and has given undertaking to complete the work within 30 days after receiving the No Objection Certificate from the Contractor, the interim protection granted on 10.09.2025 is confirmed on same terms and condition including the condition that till installation of the Air Conditioner, the

2 10.aba.614.25 applicant to attend the concerned Police Station twice in a week i.e. on every Monday and Saturday between 1.00 pm. to 2.00 p.m.
