As per bailiff's report, the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved with remark that noticees are not residing on the given address. Thus, the applicants are furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, upon supply of copies, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
