That the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved with remark that the noticees were not residing on the given address.

Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of the aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, upon supply of copies, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable by four weeks.
