By order dated 30.09.2025, this Court has directed to deposit the costs by the applicant as also the non-applicant no. 2, while quashing of the First Information Report in question.

Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the pursis and a receipt evidencing the payment of deposit of cost on 15.10.2025.

However, learned counsel for the non-applicant no. 2 says that he has no instructions regarding the deposit of cost.

In that view of the matter, cost be deposited within week during which time the learned counsel for nonapplicant no. 2 to seek instructions. If the cost is not deposited within stipulated time, place the matter for further consideration on 01.12.2025.
