St. No.18827/2019 seeks to challenge the order dated 23.4.2019, on the ground that there is absence of cause of action and the rejection of the application for rejection of plaint on that ground by the impugned order is not justified.

4] What is material to note is that the suit is for declaration and cancellation of sale deed dated 12.9.2014 and permanent injunction which would indicate that the existence of the cause of action is clearly spelt out from the averments in the plaint. In view of

(2) 3cac10.20 which I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The revision is therefore dismissed. No costs.
