JULY 23, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATIONS (O) NO. 792 & 793 OF 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has filed these applications to condone the delay of 120 days caused in filing the application to restore the Civil Applications No.2673/2023 and 2674/2023 for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.10 on record against the proposed legal heir respondent No.10(iii) by setting aside the same, as well as to set aside the order dated 18/02/2025, passed by learned Registrar (J), as against the proposed legal heir respondent No.10(iii).
2) Learned counsel Mr. Chawhan, appearing on behalf of proposed legal heir of respondent No.10, including respondent No.10(iii), has given no objection to allow both applications. 3) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the applications, as well as no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, both the applications are allowed as prayed. 4) Accordingly, the applications are disposed of.
2 05-FA 70.2007.odt CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 2673 AND 2674 OF 2023 1) The applicant/appellant has filed these applications to condone the delay caused in filing the application for setting aside the abatement order and bringing LR's of respondent No.10 on record.
2) Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 16 and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.17 and 18 have given no objection.
3) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents, both these applications are allowed as prayed. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks and shall supply the amended copy of the appeal memo to the respondents within one week thereafter. 4) List the matter for hearing on 13/08/2025.
