DATED : 29/08/ By this application, the respondent nos. 1 to 3/claimants seek modification of the order passed by this Court on 20/06/2016 and pray that the claimants be permitted to furnish solvent security instead of solvent surety as directed by this Court by the above referred order. The request made on behalf of the claimants cannot be said to be unjustified. In continuation to the order passed on 20/06/2016, it is directed that if the claimants are not in position to furnish solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J.) for withdrawing 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant, the claimants are permitted to furnish solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J.).
