Heard Shri J.A. Anthony, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Sahare, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

This Court has issued notice for final disposal on 11.12.2015. The matter was then listed on 19.1.2016, 2.1.2016, 16.2.2016, 1.3.2016 and thereafter on 8.3.2016. The respondents have not filed any reply.

Petitioner a widow is seeking only details of entitlement of her deceased husband on account of his employment with respondent nos. 1 and 2. Those details have not been furnished since last more than

Shri Sahare, learned counsel today has tendered reply-affidavit. In said affidavit it is disclosed that there was a nomination made by the deceased employee and a objection is raised by his father.

We fail to understand why these details could not be furnished to the petitioner immediately. 6.

In this situation, we direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to furnish those details to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. They shall also pay costs of Rs. 2000/- each to petitioner in the meanwhile by Account payee cheque.

Shri S.M. Prasad, learned counsel has tendered an application for intervention on behalf of father in law of petitioner. However, in view of the orders passed today, we dispose of that application as infructuous.

Writ Petition is disposed of with above directions.
