DATED : 04/09/ By this application, the non-applicant no. 1/claimant has prayed that the order passed by this Court on 02/09/2013 be recalled. By the order dated 02/09/2013, this Court permitted the claimant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the applicant/appellant. In the civil application, it is stated that the claimant requires additional amount as he intended to purchase the agricultural land. The application is pending since 08/10/2014. The claimant has not shown due diligence in pursuing the matter and it creates a doubt about the genuineness of the need of the claimant. The civil application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Ansari
