DATE : OCTOBER 19, 2016 The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by communication dated 09.06.2016 vide which the petitioner has been informed that the petitioner should get clearance from this Court in view of the orders passed in Public Interest Litigation No.1277/2000.

On the last date, we have asked the learned Government Pleader whether there are any proceedings pending before the National Green Tribunal.

The learned Government Pleader states that there are no proceedings pending either before this Court or before the National Green Tribunal and as such the condition would not be insisted.

The learned Government Pleader further states that the permission should be granted to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of by recording statement of the learned Government Pleader. JUDGE JUDGE kahale
