It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that during the pendency of the writ petition, the caste claim of the petitioner is decided and the caste validity certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner.

If that is so, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside. Order accordingly. No costs.
