The petitioner seek directions to conduct the investigation through C.B.I. against respondent No.2 for disproportionate assets.

It is petitioner's contention that he has applied the Chief Engineers, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company putting his grievance, but action was not taken.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not applied to the Police making his grievance. We find no reason to entertain the petition, he can very well apply the concerned Police Station for that purpose.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
