I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers, prima facie case is made out against the present applicant, therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, liberty is granted to the applicant to file afresh after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 6.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
